CORROSION INHIBITORS
Our corrosion inhibitor products solve corrosion problems from multiple fronts. Our products can arrest surface corrosion, protect from future corrosion, and converty current corrosion to protective material for embedded steel elements. Our corrosion inhibitors can also be combined and used to create a total corrosion solution that both treats current corrosion and prevents any future corrosion. TPS II – Surface Applied Corrosion Inhibitor
TPS II a multi-phase, inorganic, surface applied concrete densifier and corrosion inhibitor for use on hardened concrete. TPS II restores/promotes alkali passivity in the affected areas close to the rebar. TPS II also migrates as liquid including in the ionic state and is an anodic side corrosion inhibitor.
TPS XII – Corrosion Control in Steel Reinforcement
TPS XII is an organic, surface applied corrosion inhibitor for use on hardened concrete. TPS XII creates a durable passivating film on the surface of the embedded steel to pacify both anodic and cathodic sides of the corrosion cell. TPS XII migrates as vapor to deposit on the steel.
TPS XV – Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture
TPS XV is an organic, corrosion inhibitor admixture for new concrete. TPS XV creates a durable passivating film on the surface of the embedded steel to pacify both anodic and cathodic sides of the corrosion cell. TPS XV migrates as vapor to deposit on the embedded steel components.
SurCoPrimer – Corrosion Inhibiting Concrete Primer
SurCoPrimer is a system used as an underlayment for concrete repairs, sealants, coatings, and FRP. This primer fixes underlying issues that can cause concrete repair systems to fail, such as corrosion and weak substrates.
SurCoat – Latex Modified Portland Cement Coating
SurCoat is a polymer-modified Portland cement based coating for application over concrete surfaces to provide a water resistant exterior surface. Volatile corrosion inhibitor added to the SurCoat functions to inhibit and prevent corrosion.
3 Part UFGS Specification System
Permission has been granted by Dept of Defense to modify specification to deliver a customized solution based on conditions such as concrete substrate health, waterproofing needs, and FRP installation procedures.
Rust Converter – Exposed Steel and Rebar Protective Primer
Rust Converter is a a surface applied exposed steel and rebar protective primer that chemically converts rust into a black protective surface on steel. Rust Converter is the answer for stopping corrosion of ferrous metals. This primer is designed to provide an additional layer of protection for the embedded metal component.

SEALANTS AND COATINGS
Our sealants and coatings have been very effective in extending the useful life of concrete. Other products are not as effective because they wear off due to concrete use conditions, such as vehicles and foot traffic, and exposure to weather elements. Therefore, operators and owners of concrete structure have reportedly applied the same products to solve the same problems getting the same results – temporary protection only for the concrete on the surface.
REPEL WB – Penetrating and Waterproofing Concrete Sealer
Repel WB is a ready to use stabilized water dispersion of advanced silanes/siloxanes designed to provide complete protection against water intrusion. Repel WB provides outstanding water repellency, penetrates easily, is UV resistant and can not be peeled or scratched off of the applied surface.
SurCoShield – Penetrating and Strengthening Concrete Sealer
SurCoShield is is a multifunctional, single application, surface applied product that penetrates the surface of cementitious materials to seal porosity, repel water, and increase surface strength. This product can be used for preservation / protection against mold/mildew and other botanical growth.

TPS IV a hardener and surface protection agent for porous cement based surfaces. TPS IV is a penetrating material. It is designed to combine with the substrate without leaving film or residue.

CONCRETE CLEANERS
Concrete cleaning products can be used to treat, prevent, and revitalize many types of problems with concrete. Our concrete cleaning products help to expunge chlorides, contaminants, and debris from deep within your substrate. Some of products provide alternatives to electrode chloride extraction or other costly cleaning methods. We are also proud to be a certified distributor of Shore cleaning products.
TPS III – Chemical Chloride Extractor
TPS III is a surface applied penetrating liquid concrete restoration material designed to dissolve and displace contaminants out of concrete. TPS III Purge is a chemically reactive material used for cleaning cement based concrete substrates prior to repairs as patching, cement overlay, painting or coating.

VCI Corroded
Metal Solutions
VCI Coatings, LLC is a migrating surface applied solutions for Corroded Steel and military grade Anti‐Corrosion Coatings which eliminate the need for surface preparation like sandblasting/grinding to white metal. Performance in laboratory and oceanside NASA/KSC exposures on both clean and rust covered steel show superior performance for corrosion resistance in comparison to same coating without the VCI agent added.

Seawall Repair Network
Seawall Repair Network is a network of partners whose mission is to provide afforable, effective repair for damanged and failing seawalls. Through the use of several propreitary technologies, the Seawall Repair Network offers next generation repair methods. Proprietary technology provides repair to leaking cracks in the seawall, stabilizes surrounding soil, permanently strengthens and repairs soil damage, prevents future erosion, all while being safe for the environment.
