Special Features
SURTREAT TPS XV added to the concrete mix migrates in a vapor form through the cement phase micro pores and deposit on the rebar surfaces where it furnishes corrosion protection at both the anodic and cathodic sites. SURTREAT TPS XV complies with the performance requirements of ASTM G109. Our product is not consumed in the course of the corrosion inhibition process, and does not have any impact on the concrete curing process. SURTREAT TPS XV improves concrete strength. SURTREAT TPS XV is added in a comparatively small quantity. SURTREAT TPS XV is particularly effective on concretes exposed to aggressive chloride containing environments. SURTREAT TPS XV is very compatible with other additives commonly used to improve concrete quality – air entrainment, water reducers, accelerating / retarding admixtures and superplasticizers.

Application Procedure
Open container and remove the required quantity for concert mix size or prepare whole container. Place in concrete mix immediately after water addition.
Add separately from other admixtures.
Adjust water cement ratio volume to account for 75% liquid content in SURTREAT TPS XV.
Mix ratio –ordinarily 1 quart per 1 cubic yard is the effective quantity. This quantity can be adjusted depending on project requirements.

Caution and Safety
Handling: SURTREAT TPS XV is to be used by professional contractors only. All applicators should wear OSHA and NIOSH recommended protective equipment. Do not use or dilute the product in closed areas without adequate ventilation. Immediately close the container after removal of the solution. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not smoke, eat or drink during application. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale or ingest or modify the solution. Refer to MSDS.
Clean Up: In case of spills or leaks, wear suitable protective equipment. Contain spill and collect with absorbent material or process and transfer to a suitable container, ventilate area. Avoid contact. Dispose of in accordance with current, applicable local, state and federal regulations.
Precautions: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT SWALLOW. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid mist and direct contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wear suitable protective goggles, gloves, and clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. If you feel ill, seek medical advice. Wash clothing prior to re-use.
