Concrete Crack Repair | Stop Water Intrusion & Strengthen Concrete

The Problem: Water Intrusion & Structural Weakening from Cracks
Concrete cracks allow moisture, chlorides, and contaminants to penetrate, leading to rebar corrosion, structural deterioration, and long-term integrity loss. If left untreated, cracks expand, increasing maintenance costs and safety risks.
The Solution: Surtreat’s Concrete Crack Repair System
Surtreat provides a three-step repair system to seal cracks, prevent further damage, and strengthen concrete:
- TPS II: Strengthens concrete, reduces porosity, and bridges micro-cracks.
- SurCoat: Fills and seals cracks, restoring surface integrity.
- Repel WB: Water-repellent treatment that prevents future moisture intrusion.
Application Process: How to Repair & Seal Concrete Cracks
Step 1: Surface Cleaning
- Remove dust, dirt, and loose debris from cracks and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion of repair materials.
Step 2: Apply TPS II
- Apply TPS II to strengthen the concrete matrix and bridge minor cracks.
- Allow sufficient time for penetration and curing.
Step 3: Apply SurCoat
- Use SurCoat to fill and seal cracks, extending 3 inches beyond the crack for full coverage.
- Apply multiple layers as needed to ensure durability.
Step 4: Apply Repel WB
- Final application of Repel WB forms a hydrophobic barrier that repels moisture and contaminants.
- Prevents further water infiltration, reducing freeze-thaw cycle damage.
Results: Why Surtreat’s Crack Repair System Works
✅ Strengthened Concrete – TPS II reinforces concrete and bridges micro-cracks.
✅ Waterproof & Durable – Repel WB prevents future moisture penetration.
✅ Crack Sealing & Surface Restoration – SurCoat restores integrity and prevents crack expansion.
✅ Cost-Effective Maintenance – Reduces repair costs and extends structure lifespan.
