SurCoat is a polymer-modified, Portland cement-based coating engineered to provide a water-resistant barrier for concrete structures. It contains a corrosion inhibitor that protects embedded reinforcement while maintaining a thin-profile application. SurCoat is ideal for exposed rebar and hard-to-reach areas where full concrete rebuilding is not feasible.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean and free from contaminants. If necessary, clean thoroughly with SurCoClean before applying SurCoat.

Mixing Instructions: In a 5-gallon pail, mix the dry and liquid components thoroughly using a paddle mixer until the mixture is homogenous and smooth.

Application Method: Apply using a brush, roller, or hopper spray gun. Maintain a consistent thickness of 1/8" to 1/4".

Drying Time: Allow 24 hours for full curing before exposing to heavy traffic or environmental conditions.
