Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Wash the surface thoroughly with SurCoClean and remove any residue via power washing or an appropriate method.

Application Method: Apply SurCoExpel by spraying or pouring onto the concrete surface. Use an airless spray system or hand-pressure equipment for best results.

Working & Removal: Spread the product with a squeegee or brush, allowing it to react with contaminants. Add water if premature drying occurs and brush vigorously in heavily contaminated areas.

Inspection & Final Cleaning: As the solution darkens with pollutants, remove it by rinsing or power washing. Repeat as necessary until the surface is clean.

Pre-Coating Considerations: Before applying coatings, overlays, or membranes, ensure any remaining SurCoExpel residue is fully removed through water rinsing, pressure washing, or grit blasting.
