TPS II is a multi-phase, inorganic treatment designed to strengthen concrete, reduce porosity, and inhibit corrosion in reinforced structures. It penetrates the substrate and reacts with free lime to form calcium silicate hydrate gel, increasing durability and resistance to moisture ingress.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and free from coatings, sealers, or contaminants. If necessary, clean with SurCoClean prior to application.

Application Method: Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush. Ensure even coverage to allow deep penetration into the substrate.

Absorption & Drying: Allow the product to fully absorb into the surface. Typical drying time is one to two hours, depending on environmental conditions.

Reapplication & Compatibility: Apply additional coats if necessary for highly porous surfaces. Compatible with coatings, overlays, and other repair materials.
