TPS XII

Migratory Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitor for Reinforced Concrete

Advanced Corrosion Protection for Critical Concrete Structures

TPS XII is a surface-applied organic corrosion inhibitor engineered to pacify embedded steel reinforcement and prevent corrosion in high-risk environments. Its unique migratory vapor phase formula ensures deep penetration into concrete, reaching both anodic and cathodic sites of the corrosion cell. Unlike coatings, TPS XII does not require excavation or sandblasting of existing rebar.

Key Benefits

✅ Migrates in vapor phase to reach and protect embedded rebar.
✅ Pacifies both anodic and cathodic corrosion sites.
✅ Protects reinforced concrete from chloride, sulfate, and carbonation attack.
✅ Eliminates the need for costly excavation or rebar coatings.
✅ Extends the service life of concrete infrastructure.
✅ Reduces the depth of necessary concrete removal during repairs.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and free of coatings, paints, or contaminants. If necessary, clean with SurCoClean before application.

Application Method: Apply using a roller, brush, or low-pressure sprayer. Ensure the surface is evenly saturated.

Absorption & Drying: Allow the product to fully absorb. Typical drying time is one hour between applications, depending on environmental conditions.

Reapplication & Compatibility: A minimum of two applications is usually required. Compatible with TPS II and other concrete treatments.
