TPS XVIII is a lithium silicate-based concrete treatment engineered to penetrate hardened concrete, filling pores and sealing cracks to increase compressive strength, buffer pH, and prevent moisture intrusion. This treatment mitigates alkali-silica reaction (ASR) while protecting against chloride, acid, and alkali attack, ensuring long-term durability.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean and free from coatings, paints, or any contaminants that may inhibit penetration. If necessary, clean with SurCoClean before application.

Application Method: Apply TPS XVIII using a roller, brush, or sprayer. For spraying, use a conventional airless spray system or hand-pressure equipment.

Absorption & Drying: Allow substrate to absorb the treatment. Waiting time between applications depends on environmental conditions, typically one hour.

Reapplication & Compatibility: A minimum of two applications is recommended. Ensure substrate is dry before applying overlays or coatings.
