Application Guide
Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are free of loose rust, debris, and contaminants. For best results, remove any dirt or oils before application.
Application Method: Apply using a brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer. For post-tensioned cables, inject at a rate of 100-125 milliliters per meter.
Absorption & Drying: Allow the inhibitor to absorb into the surface. The protective layer forms as the solvent evaporates.
Reapplication & Compatibility: If additional protection is needed, a second application may be performed. VCI DTM 5 is compatible with most coatings and sealants.
